Basil gone bad in your crisper drawer, again?! Not anymore! You'll be learning how essential oils are a fantastic (shelf-stable) standby for many fresh ingredients. Expect to learn and have a lot of fun!
We'll be making a refreshing, bubbly Lemon Spritzer to start. Then together we'll make three types of late summer salads - Caprese Salad, Greek Antipasta Salad and a versatile Lemongrass Vinaigrette that can be used on salads or as a delicious chicken marinade. To finish the meal, a seasonal Apple Crisp using "gut-friendly" einkorn flour.
Class price includes generous sampling of every dish cooked, printed recipes, and one glass of beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage.
