No Knead Breads have been enjoying popularity lately, and for good reason! Our busy lives lend themselves to bread recipes which can be made ahead and left alone, or made quickly from start to finish.
In this hands-on class we are going to be making three styles of no-knead bread. You'll learn an Overnight Artisan Bread, a long-rise yeast bread, which will be the star of the show, crusty on the outside, chewy and soft on the inside. This loaf can be flavored in a myriad of ways to fit any occasion, which you'll learn in class.
We will also be making a Honey Oat loaf, Popovers, and two whipped butters - Honey Butter and Shallot Herb Butter - to enjoy with our breads.
The class includes generous sampling of all our breads and butters.
