In this hands-on cooking class you will be elbow deep in flour and cornmeal to make tortillas from scratch. We will make corn and flour tortillas. With only 5 ingredients each and less than 30 minutes you can have fresh tacos for dinner and once you have had them you will never go back to store bought.
We will show you how to use the tortilladora to press the corn tortillas. You will prepare two types of tacos - fish tacos & chicken tacos. Both of these will be made with fresh vegetables from the garden and a pico de gallo salsa. Join us for a fresh Mexican experience! We will be sitting down to enjoy everything you prepare as a full meal at the end of class.
