A Dutch oven is a versatile workhorse in the kitchen, but what exactly can we use them for? In this hands-on class, we will explore the strengths of this kitchen tool with a variety of recipes. We will make the French classic Coq au Vin (Chicken in Red Wine with Onions, Mushrooms and Bacon), Braised Winter Vegetables, a loaf of crusty Artisan-style bread, and finish it off with a Dutch Oven Apple Cobbler.
Class price includes generous sampling of every dish, one glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage and printed recipes of everything cooked in class.
